Our Rights

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Share your account credentials with others
Exceed rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage restrictions

Acceptable Use Policy / Content Policy

Our platform is strictly intended for safe-for-work creative, commercial, and educational use. The following categories of content are expressly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, removal of content, forfeiture of credits, and where required, reporting to law enforcement or relevant authorities.

Strictly Prohibited Content

You must not use our services to generate, request, upload, store, share, or distribute:

NSFW, sexual or sexually explicit content of any kind, including but not limited to pornography, nudity, partial nudity, sexually suggestive imagery, fetish content, sexual acts (real, simulated, or implied), and any content intended for sexual gratification — whether photorealistic, stylized, illustrated, anime, cartoon, AI-generated, or otherwise.
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or depicts minors (real or fictional, photorealistic or illustrated) in a sexual, suggestive, or otherwise inappropriate context. This is an absolute, zero-tolerance prohibition.
Non-consensual intimate imagery, including "deepfake" nudity or sexual content depicting real, identifiable individuals without their explicit, verifiable consent.
Graphic violence, gore, or content glorifying self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
Hateful, harassing, or discriminatory content targeting individuals or groups on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic.
Terrorist, extremist, or violent-organization content, including recruitment, propaganda, or instructions that promote, glorify, or incite real-world violence.
Content that promotes or facilitates illegal activities, including the manufacture or use of weapons (firearms, explosives, biological, chemical, or nuclear), illegal drugs, human trafficking, or other criminal conduct.
Misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content, including disinformation, scams, phishing material, or impersonation of real individuals, brands, or government entities in a manner intended to deceive.
Unauthorized depictions of real, identifiable individuals (including public figures and celebrities) in defamatory, harassing, sexualized, or otherwise harmful contexts, or in any manner that violates their rights of publicity, privacy, or personal dignity.
Personal or sensitive data of others (including PII, financial, medical, or biometric data) without proper authorization and lawful basis.
Malware, exploits, or any content designed to harm, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to systems, networks, or data.

Enforcement

We employ a combination of automated safety filters, prompt moderation, and human review to enforce this policy. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:

Refuse, block, or remove any prompt or generated output;
Suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate this policy;
Withhold or forfeit credits and refuse refunds for terminated accounts;
Cooperate with law enforcement and report violations (including, where applicable, mandatory reporting of CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or equivalent authorities).

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the prompts you submit and the outputs you generate, store, download, share, or distribute, and that violations of this Acceptable Use Policy constitute a material breach of these Terms.

Third-Party AI Providers

Our service utilizes third-party AI providers including OpenAI, Replicate, Fireworks, and FAL. Your use of these services through our platform is subject to their respective terms and policies.

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review and remove generated content that violates our policies. We may also restrict or suspend accounts that repeatedly violate our content guidelines.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Payment and Refunds

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors
Subscription fees are non-refundable
Credit purchases are final and non-refundable
Disputed charges should be reported within 30 days
